Alexander-Arnold bags EPL Young Player of the season

Liverpool Right Back, Trent Alexander-Arnold has been named Young Player of the Year in the just concluded Premier League season.

The Tag Hauer Premier League Young Player of the season was launched this season to celebrate the Premier League’s prodigious talents.

Trent had been pitched against several Premier League youngsters who all enjoyed fine outings in the just concluded season. Manchester United’s frontline of Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, and Mason Greenwood were all in the running for the coveted prize.

Also in contention were Aston Villa skipper, Jack Grealish, Chelsea’s duo of Mason Mount and American sensation, Christian Pulisic as well as Sheffield United’s Dean Henderson who inspired the Premier League’s new boys to a top-half finish.

The 21-year old finished the season with 13 assists and four goals, coming second only to Manchester City’s KDB on the assists chart.
