Adamawa Assembly approves 50 administrators send by Gov Bindow
At Tuesday’s plenary presided by the Deputy Speaker, Hon Emmanuel Tsamdu, the Adamawa state House of Assembly (ADHA) approved 50 development areas administrators and their Secretaries.
While reading a letter sent by the State Governor, Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow seeking for the confirmation of their appointment, the Deputy Speaker, Tsamdu said it is in conformity to the constitutional provision for appointment.
Tsandu, after presenting the names for confirmation by the lawmakers pursuant to section forty four (44) of Adamawa state Local Government Establishment and Administration law (2000) as amended, the legislators unanimously approved the 50 names as sent by the Executive.
