Ace Real Estate Celebrates Milestone as Over 1,000 Realtors Graduate in 7th Batch of Ace Academy

In a bold stride toward bridging Nigeria’s professional skills gap in the real estate sector, Ace Real Estate Development LTD has graduated over 1,000 students from the 7th batch of its flagship training program, Ace Academy.
The graduation ceremony, held on Saturday, May 31st, 2025, at The Lilygate Hotel in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, marks a continued effort by the company to equip young Nigerians with practical tools for success in real estate, sales, and personal development.
Founded by Ayobami Akindipe, Ace Academy launched as a free, intensive one‑week training programme addressing Nigeria’s skills gap in the real estate sector, “to impact future professionals to build an industry that is both prosperous and socially responsible.”
Akindipe, who began as a bricklayer and property agent before founding Ace Real Estate in 2019, built the academy using personal funds and offered his real estate expertise at no cost. Against all odds, the academy is, in his words, “the largest free real estate academy in Africa.”
The one-week intensive program is more than just classroom instruction. It is a hands-on, immersive experience rooted in real-world market challenges, led by seasoned Ace Real Estate ecosystem experts. From negotiation tactics and property law to ethics and business etiquette, graduates are not only taught to sell property, they’re groomed to represent the future of the industry.
Since its inception, Ace Academy has trained more than 25,000 aspiring realtors across Nigeria. Each cohort reflects the company’s long-term vision: to democratize access to real estate knowledge and to raise a generation of confident, skilled professionals capable of transforming the built environment and the economy.
With each batch, the Academy expands not just its alumni network but its impact. As Nigeria’s urban landscape evolves, so too does the need for competent realtors who understand the market’s pulse. And if Ace Real Estate has anything to say about it, the next generation is already here, trained, certified, and ready.
Several graduates shared their experiences in social media posts and reels hosted by the academy’s official channels:
“I give kudos to the CEO Ayobami Akindipe for this worthy initiative… Thank you.”
“God bless you… Thank you Ace Academy.”
These voices illustrate how participants feel empowered with hands-on instruction in negotiation, property law, ethics, and business etiquette, designed to groom them for independence in real-world markets.
With plans to expand potentially overseas and ambition backed by real-world preparation and credentials, Ace Academy positions itself as “the largest free real estate academy in Africa.”
Whether it will maintain that claim is yet to be independently verified, but its sheer scale and growing alumni network suggest its influence is substantial and real.
