Accra hosts second Glo Laffta Fest show

Accra, the capital of Ghana, will host the second edition of Glo Laffta Fest show tomorrow (Sunday), at Fantasy Dome, Trade Fair.
Laffta Fest is a comedy show featuring the biggest humour merchants on the continent and is packaged by innovative telecoms operator, Glo Mobile Ghana, to delight its subscribers in that country.
The first edition of the show which was held at the same venue turned out to be one of the most entertainment shows ever held in Accra in recent times.
According to company sources, the second show promises to be as entertaining as the first as it will feature eight renowned comedians from Ghana, Nigeria and Uganda who will thrill the audience alongside up-and-coming acts who will have the opportunity to showcase their raw talent.
They include Uganda’s Salvador as well as Basketmouth, Gordons, Dan D Humorous, Senator, DKB, Khemikal and Foster Romanus.
The telecom company assured subscribers in Accra and environs of a memorable evening of fun as the artistes were ready to serve them rib-cracking jokes all through the show. Salvador, who expressed excitement on the prospect of returning to Accra, said guests would experience “comedy like never before”, and urged them to “troop to the Dome” to have the time of their lives.
