82 Chibok Girls Undergoing Medical checkup

The 82 Chibok girls freed from Boko Haram captivity on Saturday are now undergoing series of medical checkup in Aso Rock, Abuja, preparatory to their meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari later in the day.

The Chibok girls are being observed at the Department of State Services (DSS) Clinic where the chief of staff to the president, Mr Abba Kyari met with them.

The girls were said to have arrived in Abuja earlier in the day from Maiduguri in military choppers.

Kyari told Channels TV that the president is “extremely pleased and glad” over their release.

He said , “Since the first set of girls were released last year, he gave instructions to all security agencies to leave no stone unturned until all the girls are released.

Kyari further disclosed that the president will meet with the girls later in the day.
