300 Trained to Operate Bi Courtney’s Check-in Equipment

The management of Bi Courtney Aviation services limited operators of MMA2 says it has trained 300 staff on its new check in equipment.

The managing director of Bi Courtney Aviation Service Christophe Pennick disclosed this at the commissioning of the self-check in equipment at the MM2.

The managing director of BASL said the commissioning of the common user passenger processing System and the first self-check-in kiosk in the country remained a landmark in the country’s aviation sector.

According to Pennick the check in kiosk will eliminate duplication of boarding pass and enable customers to experience a seamless technology like other part of the world.

He said MM2 was upgrading its equipment to make the terminal more customer friendly adding that it remained the only terminal without power failure being experienced.

Pennick explained that in August 2015, the number of bank ATMs will be 21 which started with 6 ATMs few years ago.

While announcing the training of 200 aviation security staff, Pennick called on the government to continue to improve on safety and security of the aviation system.
