3 APC delegates die in Nasarawa on political mission

Tragedy occurred in Keana Local government area of Nasarawa state, as three delegates who were said to have been attending a political meeting lost their lives in a ghastly motor accident.

According to reports, the accident which occurred in Deddare, Obi local government area of the state was as a result of the remover of the back tyre of a moving vehicle that maneuver it in to the bush.

Abraham O. Ishaleku, who is the APC Chairman, said 3 people out bof the ten that were in the vehicle died while six others sustained various degrees of injuries.

“In fact, we have lost great personalities in this accident. This happed after the governorship primary election and we were to meet with Governor Tanko Al-makura in Obi LGA, in preparation for his senatorial ambition”.

“On our way coming, one of the utility vehicle conveying delegates from Madaki, and Gadima wards in Giza town lost their lives. My deputy and two women leaders died instantly”.

He added that among the casualties, three persons who cases were severed were transfered to National hospital Abuja.

Ishaleku, further thanked the state Governor for prompt intervention and support to the affected persons.
