2,746 food vendors train for home schools feed programme in Nasarawa

Two thousand seven hundred and forty six (2746) food vendors across Nasarawa state were trained for home schools feeding programmes in the state.The programme, which is one of the initiatives of President Mohammadu Buhari’s administration, aims at providing succour to boast the health need of pupils in public schools in the state.

The Focal person in the state Alhaji Aliu Abdulkadir, who made this pronouncement at Ta’al Conference Hotel, Lafia while declaring the programme opened.

He said “the social investment programme is a Federal Government programme in collaboration with the state and Local Government aimed at feeding our pupils in the primary school from classes 1-3”.
