1da Banton shuts down 7k capacity venue in Rotterdam, Netherlands

Following scoring his first successes in the late 2010s, Nigerian Afrofusion producer 1da Banton’s 2021 song “No Wahala.

His energetic, charismatic, and oftentimes pidgin English style, which has an Afrofused modern and combative flavor, is combined with his lovely voice.

In 2022 he teamed up with Jamaican reggae and dancehall singer Kranium to deliver a sensational song titled “Whine Fimi”.

In 2022 1da Banton, the  Port Harcourt born singer, songwriter and record producer had one of the best year in his career and climbed to the path of artistes pushing the genre global.

His hit song No Wahala that is doing big numbers across all digital streaming platforms in Europe, America and other part of the world.

In July 30, 2022, he shut down Rotterdam in Netherland alongside Jamaican reggae and dancehall singer Kranium and others.

However, 1da Banton deserves praise for it because only a selected few new generation musicians can achieve these sales figures.

It is said that talent is somewhat intoxicating, having the ability to do a particular thing near perfect is overwhelming and boost incredibly self confidence and 1da Banton is exceptionally talented.

In the Nigerian music industry, the biggest difference between the previous generation of musicians and the emerging new guard of Afrobeats is the gulf in writing, while previous generations tried their best, these new cats have pushed the lyrical content of our songs into local poetry max and thats what he stand for.
